"Highest level of professionalism"

I can't thank the Daisy Hill Hospital Emergency Department enough for the outstanding care my father received on Friday. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and efficiency. The entire team worked together seamlessly, and the speed at which my father was assessed and treated was truly remarkable.

The doctors were so thorough, explaining every step with such clarity and  patience. The nurses were phenomenal, too. Their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine concern for my father's well-being were incredibly touching.

All went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and that all our questions were answered.

I also want to give a shout-out to the Care Assistants and domestic staff. Every single team member, no matter their role, contributed to a positive and supportive atmosphere.

Overall, the experience was exceptional, and I'm deeply grateful for the swift and effective treatment my father received. The Emergency Department staff showed the highest level of professionalism, compassion, and efficiency. They truly are a credit to the hospital.
