"A breath of fresh air"

Moved to Penwortham recently. St Filan's is a breath of fresh air in comparison to my last surgery. The form is put in (it doesn't get switched off when they're busy like my last surgery), and they get back to you quickly, usually the same day. The staff understand the issues, they are pleasant, they smile when you arrive and you feel welcome, not like you are a burden. Even with a non urgent issue, they acknowledged my form the same day and told me what to expect. I feel very lucky to be registered here, especially because of poor service in the last place. Thank you St Filan's, I really appreciate what you do and how you do it. Please don't change, your system works just perfectly.
