I did 12 weeks of CBT although it was difficult going through past experiences I was supported in each session.
I've left these sessions with a new outlook on life and a new outlook on myself. I've learnt ways of coping with anxiety and stressful situations and these sessions have changed how I go about daily life for the better.
My therapist never pressured me and always took things at my pace, she listened advised and always clearly explained things. I'm grateful to have had this experience with her.
