"Crisis team support"

About: Carseview Centre NHS 24 / Mental Health Hub

(as a service user),

I had a mental health relapse after several years and used the new 111 line twice in 24 hours. Both times I was lucky enough to speak to CPN Chloe at Carseview who hugely calmed me down and made me feel safe and heard. On the second call it was decided between Chloe and my partner that a face to face assessment would be best. When we got to Carseview, Chloe and the nurse she was working with (I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name), were patient, kind and empathetic, and I felt understood and cared for. Plans were put in place to ensure I was safe to go home that same night and I was able to go home knowing that help was there again if I needed it.

Chloe and the crisis team at Carseview have made a hugely positive impact on what has been a very tough week, thank you so much.
