"An exciting adventure"

About: Northern Ireland Ambulance Service / Patient care services Royal Victoria Hospital / Accident & Emergency

(as a service user),

Our child needed to be transferred to the Ulster Hospital from RVH to be admitted. The warmth and communication used with him during this was over and beyond and made what could have been a scary experience for our nearly 3 year old an exciting adventure. Jonny and Linda thank you both, absolute stars in our child’s eyes

Good afternoon Gemzy58,

I would like to begin by thanking you for taking the time to share your experience of the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service- Patient Care Service. We are always grateful to those who share their experiences of the services they have received. It was heartening to learn of the warmth and communication used by the Ambulance Care Attendants. I would like to share your feedback with Jonny and Linda and in order to locate them I would require the date and approximate time of the transfer. If you are happy to share this information, I can be contacted at: Neil.gillan@nias.hscni.net. I hope your wee man is recovering well.

Best wishes

Neil
