"Amazing bedside manner, kept my spirits high"

About: Grantham & District Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

Very positive experience all staff members were very polite and reassuring, they went to the extra mile to help me feel at ease before, during and after care was first rate.

Particular thanks to Bishnu and Shelly on surgical ward 2 Grantham, whos amazing bedside manner kept my spirits high and feeling positive and in good hands.

Thank you for your lovely comments which both Bishnu and Shelley will be so pleased about, as it’s a real morale boost when staff are personally mentioned

As Matron of the hub, I am always really pleased to see the hub getting such amazing feedback and more importantly, that we gave you such a positive experience
