"A real credit to their profession"

I had an appointment at the Phlebotomy Hub & I can't praise the service highly enough, on arrival I was greeted by a really friendly & helpful gentleman who explained that there would be a short wait & to wait in my car & he would get me when required.

Once I was in the Hub again I was met with a really helpful lady who immediately put me at ease, the environment was super clean & not what I expected from the outside. I was treated with respect & compassion throughout my visit & she even got bloods from me on the first attempt which is no mean feat considering my history.

The staff were brilliant & should be extremely proud of the service they provide, a real credit to their profession, thank you.
