About: Specialist Therapy Services / Pulmonary rehab (NNE)

(as the patient),

after a 12-week course, I felt I knew more about my condition. The course does not put everyone in the same box, each person has their own plan given to them on what the Physio sees as a realistic exercise, this can change during the course to either reduce or increase the exercise.

I would recommend that any person who is offered the chance to take it up, you learn more than just about your condition but what other help that is available

Respiratory Physio, I support patients with managing breathlessness and clearing their chest. I also run the pulmonary rehab service.
