The staff on the phone is kind and patient and ensures your message gets to the right person. My GP wasn’t available so another GP replied and ensured that my GP could call me at a later date. During that call, I was able to update my GP about my progress and ask a question about my medication which was immediately followed up with. Can’t ask for more. Thank you.
