"Parent plus eclinic app"

About: Children & Young People Mental Health

(as a service user),

Several appointments booked, then cancelled at short notice by admin I presume. Why offer the service if you can't deliver it? I feel communication is extremely poor.

Hi

thank you so much for your feedback and I am sorry this has been your experience of the service.

We have been having challenges with our e-clinic app wrongly allocating appointments which we are looking into internally to resolve, this service is not currently available until we resolve this issue.

Should you require support from CAMHS we welcome referral from parents/carers/young people:

https://forms.rdash.nhs.uk/camhs-referral-form/

Alternatively young people can access support via Kooth:

https://explore.kooth.com/families/

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience, it is not what we strive for.

Emily
