About: Whytemans Brae Hospital / Adult mental health

(as a service user),

I have been receiving care from the community mental health team at Whytemans brea hospital. Laura and Marie were supporting me with my physical monitoring. My mental health had come to crisis due to too many flashbacks, i was unable to sleep or get out of a constant state of anxiety. Thankfully i knew the mental health team and they were able to assess the best care options for my needs.

Marie has also been working through my crisis management and anxiety coping tools. The support I have received has benefited both my physical and mental health.
Dr Rehmiah has helped with the medication by looking at treatments that best suit my needs.
