"Best Nurse I have ever met."

I have been lucky enough to have met and be receiving ongoing care from the nicest and most competent nurse I have ever met (the most competent member of NHS staff if I'm being honest) Vicki, specialist nutrition nurse and line specialist has over and over again solved problems quickly and efficiently, always makes the time to explain things and listen and is always does so in the kindest way.

She is a complete credit to NHS, Victoria Hospital. I cannot praise her care highly enough. I am extremely grateful and I hope she receives the recognition she 100% deserves. She is the standard all nurses and NHS staff should strive to achieve.

My nursing philosophy has always been 'patient first ' in recognition of the therapeutic partnership patient/nurse have to work together for the persons holistic care.
