"Folks you were phenomenal."

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

I visited the unit for an  endoscopic sinus procedure, The level of care I received was absolutely exceptional, from the nursing staff pre treatment and post treatment. Whilst waiting for my operation I was briefed on how the procedure by the surgeons assistant who put me an ease and answered all my questions. Visited by the anaesthetist who took all my details.

When it was time for the operation I walked along to the theatre accompanied by one of the theatre nurses whilst getting prepared for the operation, I was very impressed with expertise and sense of humour the way these individuals carried out their work, it makes you feel you are in very safe hands from the second you step in there.

I would like to thank Mr Bannister and his team and the Nurses in the recovery ward for all their help and assistance.

And thanks for the tea and toast, it’s the best slice of toast I have ever had !!

Keep up the good work.

Folks you were phenomenal.👏👏👏

I am very pleased to hear that you are so happy with the care you received by our team. Making our patients feel safe and at ease during what can be an anxious time is something that we take pride in.

I will ensure that your post is shared with Mr Bannister and his team.

We often hear that we have the best tea and toast, it seems to be a highlight for lots of patients!

Wishing you well in your continued recovery,
