"A Kinda Magic"

About: Inclusion Recovery Hampshire / Havant

(as a service user),

Music Group at Havant Hub, Orion Centre. It was well attended with a range of characters, all with different qualities. Mostly non-musical people. I witnessed something that I have never felt or seen before and I think it is the “therapy of music”. It was a joy to be part of! Others said the same. There seemed to be some kind of magic in the room. A positive and happy force that existed because of the group, not one individual and a connection between us all. The two things we shared were laughter and the music! I’ve no idea what it was but it doesn’t need a name or label. I just want to feel it again. I felt fulfilled, happy and positive and I’m so looking forward to next weeks group. Thank you so much for that day!

Hi Richard, it sounds amazing and the power of music is universal and has no boundaries. Well done to you all for creating something and sticking with it - long may it continue.
