About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Outpatients Department (OPD)

(as a service user),

I was so nervous and anxious coming to my appointment but the nursing staff in ENT outpatient recognised my anxiety and they went above and beyond their call of duty to make me feel at ease. I attended my appointment in a much more relaxed state so that I could take in all the information I was given. I am forever grateful to this fantastic team for their kindness and compassion. They are true professional.

Hi! Thank you so much for posting such lovely words regarding your experience in ENT Outpatients. We understand how daunting it can be coming to an appointment in the hospital for some people. I'm delighted to know that the staff made you feel so much more calm and that you were able take in everything as it can sometimes be very overwhelming!
