I have a new smartphone which is sadly smarter than me. I did no t know how to send a fit/sick note to the dwp but received help from two of the girls on reception who did it for me. Didn't help my dignity when I noticed a good friend sat down in waiting area laughing at me ! Mature people struggling with tech not a good look!
Anyhoo both girls were enormously helpful and although some of the criticism hmg receives is deserved I will not see anything bad said against reception staff who face alot of pressure and I have always found them helpful, patient and obliging .
