"Poor Organisation"

I attended the walk-in hearing clinic a month ago. I arrived 40 minutes early so I could be seen early. I was told to sit and wait until called to receive an order of being seen number. About20 minutes later a small queue had developed at the reception window so I went up and asked if I should join the queue but was told to sit down. When the receptionist called out that the numbers were available I went up to the window and was told to join the end of the queue that was by then at least 30 people long. I stated I had asked and been told to sit down hut the lady receptioist simply said 'I am doing what I was told!' I was quite annoyed as I was the first person there (and the receptionist knew I was), I simply obeyed what I was told to do, yet was faced with a huge wait.

I wrote a letter of complaint and handed it in to the appropriate reception desk where the lady who caused the problem took it. I asked for a response as to why this happened, yet one month later, I have heard nothing. Very poor customer relations indeed. It used to be organised in a much better way.
