"I felt valued and respected"

I have attended an appointment with Mr Hanger, Orthopaedic Registrar. In the Reception area I was helped by amazing Receptionist Franklin, who dealt with a challenging situation which happened while I was in the queue professionally and promptly. Then I was shown where to go by a friendly volunteer.

I was invited to the Consultation room by the immaculately looking Nurse, later she supported me during the appointment.

Mr Hanger listened to my concerns and discussed the treatment options, giving me time to make decision. He helped me on the day with a problem I was suffering for the previous year. I felt valued and respected.

I am grateful to have been seen by this Doctor.
