I wasn't really sure what to expect when I turned up for my first physiotherapy appointment today with Bronwyn but I needn't have worried. She was so lovely and very reassuring. We chatted about all sorts of things and she gave me a supportive and achievable plan of action.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Bronwyn for being so lovely!

I make sure that patients, families, carers, and the public have a real say in how healthcare services within our Trust are shaped and improved. I listen to feedback, gather insights from patient stories, and work with teams to make changes that really matter to the people using our services. I use platforms like Care Opinion to understand experiences—what’s working well and what could be better—so that we can keep improving care in a way that truly puts patients first.

Thank you for sharing your experience of your first physiotherapy appointment. We understand that starting something new can feel uncertain, so it’s wonderful to hear that Bronwyn helped put you at ease with her reassuring and supportive approach.

We’re delighted that she provided you with a plan of action that feels both achievable and encouraging. Your kind words will be passed on to Bronwyn, as feedback like yours truly makes a difference.

Wishing you all the best on your physiotherapy journey!

Kind Regards

Issy
