"Great service "

I attended this hospital for NHS treatment. I had an operation to remove my gallbladder. The entire experience from first contact to discharge was first class. Information supplied about the whole patient journey including about the operation itself was fulsome and easy to understand. The staff were all caring, efficient, friendly and informative. I was not rushed out once the procedure was complete and every care was taken to ensure I was fit for discharge. I am aware the environment is not as crowded as a normal NHS hospital but even allowing for that I can only praise the staff for making an unpleasant experience much more bearable. I would urge anyone who is given opportunity to use this hospital's services to do so
