"Misuse of Disabled Parking"

Husband had an appointment for an Ecg, left in plenty of time to park or so we thought...even though we had a valid blue parking badge we couldn't get a disabled space, we checked all 3 locations of the bays within Monklands hospital and all where full. On closer inspection I counted at least 10 cars parked in these bays with no blue badge displayed. This is shocking behavour, especially at a hospital. By the time we made it to cardiology my husband was out of breath and his heartbeat was too high.
