"I felt in safe and caring hands"

About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Gynaecology/Colposcopy Outpatients

(as the patient),

The consultant was extremely professional and showed a very caring and person centred approach to her care. She explained everything in detail, gave me time for questions and offered reassurance.

Everyone, from reception staff to the student nurse was kind and caring

The display of information in the waiting area was very valuable.

The environment was clean and calm

I felt in safe and caring hands

Thank you so much

Dear Ibi24

Thank you for spending the time to feed back on your experience at our gynaecology outpatients clinic at the Royal Alexandra Hospital. It is lovely to hear that you felt in safe and in caring hands.

I'm glad you felt that your consultant was caring and professional. That she explained everything in detail and offered you reassurance throughout your visit, along with time to answer any questions you had.

I'm so pleased you thought our display of information in the waiting room was valuable, we try to keep our patients as well informed as possible prior to speaking with the consultant.

I will pass this positive feedback to the Consultant, Nursing team, Admin Staff and the Student Nurse who I know will all be delighted to hear this.

Take Care

Kind Regards

Jen
