"The nurses were friendly and informative"

About: Whiteabbey Hospital / Pre-Assessment Unit

(as a service user),

I was very happy with the service I received. The nurses were very friendly and informative. The hospital was clean and well marked out to find where to go.

I was assessed by a lovely nurse called sharon who took the time to explain why she was asking the questions and informed me about the procedure.
