I've never known such a terrible GP practice. If you dare phone them or drop in, they tell you to use their online system. The online system Klinik is not set up for people with disabilities. You have to fill out a long winded form online before 11am if you want either a prescription, doctors appointment or to ask a question. Even if you want to chase up a prescription request you submitted weeks ago (because they won't answer the phone). This ablist system is a nightmare for anyone with visual impairments, dyslexia, ADHD etc.
I tried to get an appointment for my child this week, whose limping because of foot pain. At first they asked for photos of the pain (!) and then they sent a text saying there are "no appointments available". No suggested follow up or anything a 'we will try and fit you in'. How am I supposed to explain this to my child whose in pain?
