Lorraine was just lovely, customer service skills second to none, put me at ease the minute she started talking to me. Explained exactly what she was doing and the reason why I was getting the 24hr monitor. We talked about my work and what I do. She was very reassuring. Made my visit to the hospital comfortable, and a pleasure. Lorraine is such a valuable member of the hospital.
