"The care and compassion was second to none"

About: Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital (Wonford) / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

I brought myself into Exeter A&E due to abdominal pain. After a failed visit to another hospital. From the moment I come in to A&E all the staff were amazing. From the reception to triage to the nurses and Drs in the A&E department. You’re all amazing and caring and compassionate and even a little banter was amazing. After a while we got what we needed to know. I left after my pain was under control and felt that I had been listened to and the care and compassion was second to none.
