I have thoroughly enjoyed my weekly classes and I'm a wee bit sad they are now coming to an end!
The exercises have helped my breathing and plan to carry on with vitality classes. the crowd have been so nice and a few of us will keep in-touch.
Fiona and Debbie have been great instructors however if re doing the programme please miss out arm punches!!!!!!! :)
