(as the patient),

I recently attended an appointment at Glasgow Dental Hospital for a cyst on the roof of my mouth following a referral. The appointment was handled very efficiently and the staff were very courteous and professional, the procedure was explained well and carried out immediately, quietly and efficiently. I had a very positive experience overall.
