"Excellent care at RVH ENT Rapid Access Clinic"

I recently attended the rapid access ENT clinic at Royal Victoria Hospital. I attended 6weeks ago with a throat infection, following referral from my GP, and again today for a review .I was seen by Ms Diver on both visits, who was courteous, provided reassurance and took time to explain everything to me in detail. She even apologised for my appointment being 5-10 minutes late. Medication was ordered promptly and I was able to see the letter within hours on the MyChart app. Nursing staff and admin staff were also welcoming. Overall this was a very positive experience.
