The lady GP which I saw, again, was and is always friendly, helpful, and gives me the information which I’m seeking.
The downside is that from the initial phone call to make the appointment, until the time I had the appointment with my GP, was quite some time, generally it’s longer because you have to wait a two week or more, for a telephone appointment, and then should the GP wish to see you, it’s a further two weeks or more, before you actually see a doctor. Although in saying this, if the issue is of a more serious nature, than this length may be shortened, I am assuming.
Frontline staff are always extremely helpful, much better now than they used to be, which is a blessing.
Nurses are always friendly and helpful, so all in all, a good experience going to Lawrence Hill Health Centre, but I just wish the appointment/Waite time, was a little shorter or quicker.
