I attended the surgery today for my coil to be removed and replaced. I had been anxious all day about this, as I was not knowing what to expect, but the doctor did an excellent job at counselling me on the process. She took the time to listen to me and talk me through my options and I did not feel rushed or pressured at all. I was then joined by the nurse to support with the procedure, who was also very kind and helped to put me at ease. Thank you.
