I received exceptional service from the physiotherapist at Slaon Residents. The thorough examination and assessment ultimately indicated the presence of arthritis, necessitating a steroid injection. The physiotherapist demonstrated extensive knowledge and provided a comprehensive explanation of the condition affecting my knee, as well as the required treatment. Despite my concerns regarding the injection, the physiotherapist ensured I was comfortable ,while clearly outlining the procedure.
