"Very rude"

I was directed to the toilets by another member of staff,on approaching the toilets in a very loud voice,from behind the plastic glass of churchfield surgery area "they are not working and there is a sign"

This person/cleaner/receptionist didnt even look at me.This was tone and attitude was not only uncalled for but not in keeping in the enviroment where they attend/work.I suggest maybe training in manners and maybe a hearing test,because they are a bit loud and might not realise.
