"Improvements needed for disabilities"

About: Hollies Medical Centre

I am generally happy with the GP practice but I have recently had a child with additional needs. The upstairs waiting room is not accessible friendly it is not easy or safe to carry a baby with oxygen tank up the stairs, the downstairs waiting room should be used. I also had to wait and have a separate appointment as the nurses were unsure if they could give my child an immunisation based on her needs. This research should have been done before the appointment so that she received the same care as any other child and is not treated differently.
