From the reception and warm welcome by the concierge, right through to surgeon, and every nurse, optician and practitioner along the way, are all credits to their professions. Courteous, compassionate, professional, warm, kind, helpful, thorough. There simply aren’t enough positive words to fully describe the level of care received. And the cherry on top?
