Triage nurse were polite and courteous...the department was very busy and all staff were a shining example of outstanding care...I am a band 6 nurse in a cmht myself ..everything was carefully explained...I was very reassured and sent for a ct scan...I had one previously on 3rd March which discovered I have hydrocephalus..the consultant explained after the scan that my symptoms are concussion and whilst I still have lots of nausea and headaches...I understand more about it now..many many thanks to everyone on Friday
