"Their dedication and skill are highly appreciated"

About: Victoria Hospital / Ophthalmology

(as the patient),

I recently had a sebaceous cyst removal, and I wanted to commend Nurses Karen and Lorraine for their exceptional work. They made the entire process painless and well-coordinated, which greatly eased my initial fears. As the appointment progressed, I felt more at ease thanks to their efficiency and professionalism.

I also appreciated the lighthearted jokes they shared to help me relax—it made the experience much more enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience, and I couldn’t fault the nurses in any way. Their dedication and skill are highly appreciated, and without them, I wouldn’t have been able to resolve this issue, which had been causing me significant discomfort. Keep up the excellent work!

It is reassuring to other patients accessing this service to see the high standard of care you received from the clinical staff and how their jokes helped to relax you.
