"Did the best they could"

About: Sidwell Street Clinic / Exeter Sexual Health

(as a service user),

I had an initial appointment where they found it had been inserted quite deep so they booked me in for a new extended appointment. They weren't able to remove it ultimately but Jane and Megan were both so good at chatting with me and doing the best they could to remove it.

Hi Han94,

Thankyou for taking the time to leave feedback regarding your visit to us.

I'm sorry to hear that your contraception device was proving difficult to remove. Hopefully a plan is in place for you going forward and you will get it successfully removed.

I will forward your comments onto Jane and Megan who will be so pleased to hear that you appreciated their efforts despite it being unsuccessfully removed at the time.

Please do not hesitate to get in touch with us for any further assistance on 0300 303 3989 or via our website for online booking.

Many Thanks

Emma
