"A very efficient set up"

When I was told i would be receiving an invite for bloods, I'd expected it to be at Lagan Valley Hospital.

When I received it, it referred me to the Phlebotomy Hub (which I hadn't heard of before)

Great directions & instruction on the invite letter made sure that I knew exactly where to go.

This was much more convenient than going to the hospital. Simple to access, no waiting room and very efficient set up. Thank you
