"She is professional and caring at all times"

About: Community Services / North Lincolnshire Recovery Focussed team

(as a service user),

I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder in December 2023 and had a period of relapse in April last year.

Clare visits every month for support and advice, She is professional and caring at all times. I feel that I can speak openly with her on visits. This service is vital to my recovery.

I am pleased that I have been allocated to the right care with RDaSH and I hope this feedback is helpful

Very pleased you were able to post your experience and that you feel supported. It is so important to have that, and as you say, although it is monthly contact by and large, it seems to be pitched at the right level for you at present. Thank you very much again for letting us know how your contact with Clare is a help.
