Having hit a low point in my life and making a silly mistake I was visited by two members of the team. They ran through all of my health and mental health issues. I was surprised how much time they spent with me and you can really tell they listened. 

I have stopped taking drugs completely and am now receiving counseling for issues in my past. 

Louise was very kind and checked up on my progress. My life is much better now.
