Was sent for a second X-ray after a chest infection. Checked in at reception, very efficient and pleasant member of staff. Was called before due time and directed to a cubicle to prepare for X-ray. Staff member introduced herself and explained the procedure.
Was taken for X-ray, members of staff introduced themselves. Made me feel at ease and explained what I had to do. They took the X-ray and directed me back to cubicle, told would have results from Dr in 10 to 14 days.
They made it very easy and relaxed, they were professional and efficient.
