"Excellent care"

Best GP practice around, in my view. Caring Doctors. Excellent ANP/ ACPs. Great Nurses/ HCA. Responsive Reception/ Admin & Medical Secretaries. Next door to a Pharmacy and never had any problems getting Acute or Repeat prescriptions. The online request works really well at sorting right person to address each issue. There is help if anyone struggles with this. I've recently had outstanding service for a fast track ( luckily not cancer) Referral to outside services and good communication. Referral to Physio. General Health checks including blood tests. Help to reverse my pre diabetes. Help to monitor blood pressure. I feel so safe and cared for being a patient at Ling House. In my experience, it's rare to find such an excellent team and outstanding care.
