(as a service user),

I took a heart attack completely out the blue. I felt very diminished and insecure.

I found the cardiac rehab clinic invaluable to my recovery. The staff were caring and supportive. Without their support I wouldn't have been able to get back on my feet. The service was instrumental in building my confidence again and everything was organised to meet individual needs and abilities.

The only things that could have been better is the time allocated being clear from the beginning and the days and times not changed without greater notice.

Its lovely to hear that you found the cardiac rehab clinic invaluable to your recovery following your heart attack and feeling insecure. It was great to hear how the support helped to get you back on your feet and that you found the staff caring and supportive.
