"Late as usual"

About: Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital (Wonford) / Cancer Services

(as the patient),

Came in for my appt at Haematology RD&E hospital Exeter. Two hours later - still waiting.

Don't they have any management who can organise anything?

Feel like going home again like I did last time.

Hi Nikolai4567

Thank you for your feedback and I'm sorry to hear that you had a 2 hour wait for your appointment.

Our aim is provide patients treatment on time but there are instances where there are delays outside of our control.

I would be happy to look into your particular circumstances if you would like me to investigate further. My email is clare.rowley@nhs.net

Where we are experiencing delays I would expect the team to advise patients in the waiting area of this and I apologise if this didn't happen on the day of your appointment.

In future if you have any concerns please speak to one of the admin team on the reception desk who will be happy to get one of the senior team to talk to you.
