About: The Ulster Hospital / Emergency Department

(as a friend),

Very busy ED on a Friday night and my neighbour got great care and attention after breaking her hip.

Tierna the sister and Aoife the doctor put my neighbour at ease in what was an otherwise hectic evening .

Hi Thankful daughter-in-law

We appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback about the care your neighbour received. I will pass on your thanks to the staff named, they will appreciate the thanks. I do hope your neighbour is keeping well and recovering following her injury.
