"It's a good laugh"

About: Locality Health and Care Services / Day Services - North

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I like the company, and getting out, it's a good laugh here at the Ross Court Day Service. I can't hear very well, but the staff really make time to talk to me and involve me which I really appreciate. My only thing is that when I'm here my dog is on their own, but coming here is really good, I would be in my bed all day without this service. I don't go outside without someone with me so I really appreciate the transport from my front door to here and back at the end of the day. I would say to anyone considering coming here to just do it, get out, relax and have a good time.

Hi,

My name is Ally and I manage the Older People's Day Care service in East Ayrshire. Its encouraging to hear that you benefit from the social activity at Ross Ct Day Centre and staff take the time to ensure you are included, given your hearing difficulty.

Unfortunately we cant allow pets in the day centre for the safety of other people who attend.

Thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback - I will pass this on to the staff concerned.

Kind regards,

Ally Smith
