(as the patient),

Am amazed at the true spirit and exception service provided by Midwife Holly and Jess, a Student Midwife.

I was not accompanied by a family member for the birth of my 2nd baby, in the second half of April. These midwife’s made sure they were always there to support me. And made sure of my every need.

I remember when I started to panic Jess, calmed me down soo well with an affirmation that I will be fine.

Holly, was soo good in her instructions throughout the labour. 

I think both Holly and Jess are assets to Ninewells Dundee.

About my experience with them, I would say that both midwife’s along with their Head Midwife were amazing and they were exceptionally professional.

And am soo thankful that I came across them.

I am delighted to hear that your experience in labour was so positive and that you were cared for in such an impactful way. I acknowledge that birthing without a support person must have been daunting and I am pleased to hear that our midwifery team helped bridge the gap by providing holistic support to you throughout your labour and birth.

I will take great pleasure in sharing this feedback with Holly and Jess. They will be delighted to hear that their kind and professional approach to care provision was appreciated.

I hope you are enjoying the early days with your baby and that you are making wonderful memories together while you navigate those early days.
