I have diabetes, so I have to attend numerous doctors appointments throughout the year.
The nurse I have seen on this occasion for a B12 injection didn't have a clue on how to do that properly.
When I entered the room, I noticed that the syringe was already prepared with the substance she was going to inject into me when I knew that a needle, syringe... should always be open in front of the patient. I requested to have a new one prepared, and she said it was the last one, and if I don't want it, I can leave and wish me "good luck in booking another appointment." probably about 2 months' time.
I took my chances, and I agreed to have that one because I really needed it because I was already overdue by about 6 weeks since I had to cancel my original appointment for personal reasons.
She did it without sterilising the injected aria first, and also, she only put on the gloves with a sarcastic comment: "Since you are like that, I should protect myself."
That sorts of things are happening to me almost every time I attend an appointment at Vine Medical Group, regardless of the site.
Definitely not recommend!
I am thinking of changing the doctors.
