I asked for a sick note on Friday. I then changed my request today. I then had a missed call and rang back and was told it had been sent to me. I checked e mails -still not received so had to ring again. Eventually it arrived - I think it was down to my emails being v full after being off work 6 weeks So thank you to the very kind receptionist who sent me it
